1. Booking & Contract

• Your contract is with Nawang Trek.
• A booking is confirmed once we receive your deposit and send a confirmation email.
• All correspondence should be addressed to Nawang Trek.

2. Payments

• 40% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
• 50% of transaction fees only will b covered by Nawang Trek – Remaining 50% of transaction Charges charged by the banks will  have to be paid by the Clients/Customers
• The remaining balance must be paid before the trip starts.
• Payment methods: Bank Transfer, Cash (at our office), or Online Payment (additional fees may apply).

3. Cancellation Policy

• 30+ days before arrival: 10% cancellation fee.
• 20-18 days before arrival: 20% cancellation fee.
• 14-16 days before arrival: 25% cancellation fee.
• 10-8 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee.
• 7 days or less / No-show: No refund.
• Trip cancellation after commencement: No refund for unused services (hotels, transport, meals, etc.).

4. Refund Process

• Refunds (if applicable) take at least 2 weeks to process.

5. Changes to Itinerary

• Nawang Trek reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
• No refunds for changes beyond our control (natural disasters, political issues, flight cancellations, etc.).

6. Liabilities & Responsibilities

• Nawang Trek acts as an agent for hotels, transport providers, and guides. We are not liable for their services.
• No refunds for delays, accidents, or disruptions caused by third parties.
• Travel insurance is mandatory (covering medical, accidents, cancellations, and emergencies).
• Clients are responsible for their personal belongings, health, and travel documents (passport/visa).

7. Health & Fitness

• Participants must be in good health. Inform us of any medical conditions beforehand.
• If a trekker falls ill or leaves the trip early, no refunds will be provided.

8. Passport & Visa

• International travelers must have a valid passport and visa (if required).
• Nawang Trek does not handle visa processing.

9. Travel Insurance

• Mandatory for all clients (must cover medical emergencies, evacuation, trip cancellations, and lost belongings).

10. Photos & Promotions

• Nawang Trek may use photos/videos from the trip for promotional purposes unless specified otherwise.

11. Force Majeure

• Nawang Trek is not liable for disruptions due to natural disasters, wars, strikes, or government restrictions.

12. Important Notes

• Satellite phones and GPS devices may be restricted in certain areas (border security regulations).
• No refunds for incomplete trips due to personal reasons or early departures.
